Joëlle de Saint Martin graduated from the Ecole de Physique-Chimie de Paris (ESPCI) and the IFP School. She began her professional career as a consultant in a strategy consultancy firm.
She then moved to large companies in France and the United Kingdom, working in senior positions on strategic and M&A issues. She was tasked with managing M&A and corporate development departments for leading groups in the world of Telecoms and payment.
In 2017, she completed a coaching course at Dialogue Coach to consolidate her skills in human resources management.
She joined the Grant Alexander Group in 2019 to contribute to the development of the Transition Management business. She specialises in the management roles of Executive Committee members.
