Karine Chommeloux

Karine Chommeloux holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a post-graduate diploma in Labor Law and Human Resources from the University of Paris Nanterre. She began her professional career as HR Manager at the head office of a FIAT Group entity.

She then worked for a dozen years with global industrial and commercial companies that were leaders in their markets, enabling her to gain a good understanding of the matrix and operational relations of large groups. 

As a member of the Executive Committee, she was mainly involved in reorganizations and M&A and managed several countries in the HR practice.

She then moved on to various environments such as IT and HR software, notably as an interim manager on high value-added assignments.

It is naturally that she decided to join the Grant Alexander Group in 2022 in order to contribute to the development of the Interim Management activity.

Laurent Carcassonne

Graduated from a master’s degree in Business and Employment Law, a Master in HR from Paris II Assas (CIFFOP) and certified Coach at HEC, Laurent began his career in human resources within an insurance leader , then as a consultant within a direct approach recruitment firm. He then worked for twenty years in various HR functions within world leading groups in the pharmaceutical, medical and diagnostic equipment industry, with responsibilities in particular as Director of Talent Management and Director of Human Resources in France, in the United States and at European level.

In 2009, he joined a leading group in defense and security, ground transportation, identity and digital security. He progressed there successively as Director of Professional Development and HR, then as VP of Group Training and Corporate University, and finally as VPRH for a business of 16,000 employees worldwide.

He joined the Grant Alexander group in 2021 as Associate Director and took over the management of the Life Sciences sector practice which is part of Grant Alexander’s global offer and will operate in its various businesses: Executive Search, Executive Interim, Leadership Development and HR and Organization Transformation.

Sacha Tchakarian

Sacha Tchakarian holds a degree in European Law and has been working as a business developer for high value-added service companies since the early 2000s.

For more than ten years, he has actively developed the interim management activities of an audit and accounting firm for 4 years before attempting an entrepreneurial adventure in the same sector. He then moved to an international human resources consulting group to develop the creation of the subsidiary dedicated to interim management.

He joins the group in July 2021 to develop the Interim Management activity through the Grant Alexander -Executive Interim brand.

Françoise Derolez

Françoise Derolez has been involved in change management and innovation for the past 25 years in a variety of missions for high-tech companies and market-leading organisations with a focus on value creation. Her expertise with organisations, from start-ups to large companies, is appreciated and recognised in the support of new transformational projects. Her personal commitment to associations such as PWN Paris – Profesional Women’s Network Paris -, of which she is co-president, or 2GAP – Gender and Governance Action Platform – demonstrates her CSR involvement in helping companies and society move towards parity, a source of performance and societal balance. 

Françoise Derolez is a graduate of Sciences-Po Paris and holds a “Women Board Ready” certification from ESSEC. She is also co-author of “Shaping tomorrow’s workplace: circular economy applied to human resources management” published in 2015 in “Tendances Sociales et Culturelles de la Valeur” by L’Harmattan.

She now joins the Grant Alexander Group to contribute to the development of the Interim Management activity. Her career path naturally leads her to work with executive committees and manager

Bruno Chaintron

A graduate of HEC Paris and holder of an MBA and a Master’s degree in Consulting & Coaching from INSEAD, Bruno began his career as a strategy consultant with Bain & Compagnie. He then spent 17 years as Director of International Development, Director of Executive Development and Managing Director of subsidiaries, where he led transformations in France and internationally.

In 2010, he became an entrepreneur by founding Role Crafing, a firm dedicated to supporting companies, executives and funds. After Grant Alexander’s acquisition of his company in 2021, Bruno will take over the management of the new HR & Organization Transformation activity of the group, which offers collaborative methods and innovative digital tools to facilitate and accelerate collective and/or individual transformations.

Vincent Wallner

A graduate of NEOMA Business School, after 3 years of auditing within one of the Big Five, Vincent began a career as Financial Director and Operations Director in Retail and Luxury Goods. He then worked for large groups before developing and structuring brands with strong reputation, in France and abroad. He started in interim management in 2016 and carried out several missions for Fashion and e-Commerce actors before joining a French interim management company (EMT) as Associate Director.

His experience in strategic and operational functions in various sectors gives him a deep understanding of the stakes and issues of his clients, whom he supports in contexts of transformation / structuring and crisis management.

Vincent joins Grant Alexander – Executive Interim in 2020 as an Associate Director.

Didier Vidalinc

Didier Vidalinc holds a dual degree in management (Ecole Supérieure de Gestion) and in law (Licence de droit Université Paris 2). He began his career at Renault SA in 1989, following a varied career path between management of operational entities and support functions in France and abroad. Holding various positions within a French automotive group, such as Sales Director, Marketing Director or General Manager, enabled him to master the different professions of the automotive business.
In the second part of his career in 2011, he leaves the Renault group to participate in the development of private distributors representing Renault and then PSA. He will then be Brand Director in charge of managing the dealership divisions in the South of France.
Didier Vidalinc joined the Grant Alexander Group in 2020 as Senior Consultant for Grant Alexander Executive Search.

Elsa Ravouna

A graduate of AUDENCIA and a Master’s degree in Psychosociology from Paris VII, Elsa has been offering support, listening and development of talent and potential to entrepreneurs, managers, leaders and their teams for over 20 years.

Her approach is based on a strong entrepreneurial and business culture, and several human science disciplines at the service of individual and collective performance.  She works in both French and English.

The DFSSU in Coaching at Paris VIII obtained in 2021 allowed her to work in depth on the issue of Women’s Leadership and to investigate the levers that coaching and mentoring represent in the path of several women leaders.

She joined Grant Alexander’s Leadership Development team in 2021.

As a volunteer, she also does solidarity coaching with refugees and members of associations.

Isabelle Rolland

Isabelle holds a Master’s degree from EDC Paris Business School and an MBA in International Management from Kedge Business School and has more than 20 years of professional experience, mainly acquired in companies in the service and industrial sectors, in business and strategic development functions, in France and Africa.

In 2012, she joined a recruitment firm and created the Marseille office, which she managed for 8 years. Specialized in Legal and Tax, she also works in Finance and Human Resources for a clientele of law firms, SMEs, ETIs and large French and international groups.

She joined Grant Alexander in 2020 to develop the Legal and Tax Executive Search activities.

Charles Suinat

After graduating from ESC Bordeaux (Kedge BS) in 2003, Charles Suinat began his career in purchasing with major international groups (Bouygues Construction, Soletanche Bachy, Louvre Hotels). In 2011, he joined a recruitment firm as an expert consultant in industry and then co-founded the firm CPO Recruitment, specialising in senior management and executive profiles, with particular expertise in purchasing and supply chain professions. When he joined Décideurs Magazine in 2016, he developed publications and events aimed at the Directors and HR Directors of major French groups, and carried out market research on their best service providers (employment law firms, recruitment, training, HR consulting, change management, etc.).

In 2020, he joined our Nantes office as an Executive Search consultant, to support the group’s development in the Greater West region, by assisting companies in the recruitment of their senior executives.
