With a Master’s degree in business law, Henri Vidalinc – a graduate of ISG and IMD – began his professional career in a major American automotive group where he served as administrative director and human resources director after occupying several positions in France and abroad. He then joined the insurance sector, serving in turn as a Group Vice President of Operational Excellence, the Secretary General of a subsidiary, and a Deputy CEO. In 2011, he embarked on an entrepreneurial adventure by becoming an associate of a direct approach recruitment firm. Three years later, he took over Grant Alexander, where he has been Chairman since 2014.

Senior Advisor
Jean-Philippe Collin, graduated from Centrale/Supelec, earned a PhD in Solid State Physics and started his career at IBM in 1982. He has held several executive positions in the areas of technology, quality and Procurement at IBM, Valeo & Thomson. He founded, together with several multinational companies, Keymro in 2002, a procurement marketplace. In 2004, he joined PSA Peugeot Citroën as Chief Procurement Officer, and subsequently served as CEO of the Scooter Division, then as CEO of Peugeot in addition to being appointed on the Managing Board of PSA.
Jean Philippe retired from Sanofi in September 2017 and is currently developing a consulting practice around: Board Membership, Senior Advisory and Enterprise Efficiency. He is an expert in change management, transformation programs and operational governance in term of organizations, processes and executive talents. He will be acting as Senior Advisor for Grant Alexander covering several functional and sectors practices.

During 12 years, she assisted luxury brands as well as creators in their development abroad.

Having graduated from ESSCA in 1999, Godefroy de La Bourdonnaye started his career in Paris as online marketing manager in an English-speaking recruitment firm, where he became a recruitment consultant in 2006 in the Sales/Marketing practice in the Nantes region. He then took over responsibility at this firm for an online recruitment platform project, which he developed and managed for 3 years, first in Geneva and then in Marseille. Back in Nantes in 2011, Godefroy successively held positions as a consultant and regional director in 2 international recruitment agencies. He joined Grant Alexander in 2018, to develop the Executive Search business in Western France.
He also has a broad knowledge of assessment centre /development centre systems, acquired over the course of his career and offers specific expertise in soft skills assessment through the observation of behaviour in situations. He then spent 7 years working for a recruitment firm based in the English-speaking world, first as a consultant and then as a manager, specialising in the construction, finance and consulting sectors.
In 2015, he took over the Regional Management of 2 recruitment agencies (middle and top management) of a large temporary employment group in order to manage and develop teams in the Southwest of France. Kadia Sylla Moisson has a multicultural background and a Master’s in International and European Trade Litigation Law from the University of Paris X. She has spent a large part of her career in business as a Human Resources Manager. Morgane Coenen has been recruiting and evaluating executives, experts and senior managers for nine years, since she graduated with a Masters in Business Law from Montpellier University.
She started out heading up the sourcing division of an executive search firm in Paris, where she focused exclusively on headhunting and approaching passive candidates – mainly legal and tax professionals for French business law firms or corporate legal and tax departments.
In 2015 she joined an international recruitment agency in its nascent Southwestern Region office. She built up the firm’s Executive Search network in the region, continuing to concentrate on headhunting and proactively recruiting passive talent.

As a player in numerous transformations for more than 14 years (including two mergers and two sales), he developed comprehensive expertise in change management and the evolution of organisations. He joined the Grant Alexander group in 2020 to intensify the development of Transition Management, particularly in the Grand Ouest region of France.

In 2011, he joined a recruitment firm as an expert consultant in industry and then co-founded the firm CPO Recruitment, specialising in senior management and executive profiles, with particular expertise in purchasing and supply chain professions. When he joined Décideurs Magazine in 2016, he developed publications and events aimed at the Directors and HR Directors of major French groups, and carried out market research on their best service providers (employment law firms, recruitment, training, HR consulting, change management, etc.).
In 2020, he joined our Nantes office as an Executive Search consultant, to support the group’s development in the Greater West region, by assisting companies in the recruitment of their senior executives.

Didier Vidalinc holds a dual degree in management (Ecole Supérieure de Gestion) and in law (Licence de droit Université Paris 2). He began his career at Renault SA in 1989, following a varied career path between management of operational entities and support functions in France and abroad. Holding various positions within a French automotive group, such as Sales Director, Marketing Director or General Manager, enabled him to master the different professions of the automotive business.
In the second part of his career in 2011, he leaves the Renault group to participate in the development of private distributors representing Renault and then PSA. He will then be Brand Director in charge of managing the dealership divisions in the South of France.
Didier Vidalinc joined the Grant Alexander Group in 2020 as Senior Consultant for Grant Alexander Executive Search.

A graduate of NEOMA Business School, after 3 years of auditing within one of the Big Five, Vincent began a career as Financial Director and Operations Director in Retail and Luxury Goods. He then worked for large groups before developing and structuring brands with strong reputation, in France and abroad. He started in interim management in 2016 and carried out several missions for Fashion and e-Commerce actors before joining a French interim management company (EMT) as Associate Director.
His experience in strategic and operational functions in various sectors gives him a deep understanding of the stakes and issues of his clients, whom he supports in contexts of transformation / structuring and crisis management.

A graduate of HEC Paris and holder of an MBA and a Master’s degree in Consulting & Coaching from INSEAD, Bruno began his career as a strategy consultant with Bain & Compagnie. He then spent 17 years as Director of International Development, Director of Executive Development and Managing Director of subsidiaries, where he led transformations in France and internationally.
In 2010, he became an entrepreneur by founding Role Crafing, a firm dedicated to supporting companies, executives and funds. After Grant Alexander’s acquisition of his company in 2021, Bruno will take over the management of the new HR & Organization Transformation activity of the group, which offers collaborative methods and innovative digital tools to facilitate and accelerate collective and/or individual transformations.

Françoise Derolez has been involved in change management and innovation for the past 25 years in a variety of missions for high-tech companies and market-leading organisations with a focus on value creation. Her expertise with organisations, from start-ups to large companies, is appreciated and recognised in the support of new transformational projects. Her personal commitment to associations such as PWN Paris – Profesional Women’s Network Paris -, of which she is co-president, or 2GAP – Gender and Governance Action Platform – demonstrates her CSR involvement in helping companies and society move towards parity, a source of performance and societal balance.
Françoise Derolez is a graduate of Sciences-Po Paris and holds a “Women Board Ready” certification from ESSEC. She is also co-author of “Shaping tomorrow’s workplace: circular economy applied to human resources management” published in 2015 in “Tendances Sociales et Culturelles de la Valeur” by L’Harmattan.
She now joins the Grant Alexander Group to contribute to the development of the Interim Management activity. Her career path naturally leads her to work with executive committees and manager

Sacha Tchakarian holds a degree in European Law and has been working as a business developer for high value-added service companies since the early 2000s.
For more than ten years, he has actively developed the interim management activities of an audit and accounting firm for 4 years before attempting an entrepreneurial adventure in the same sector. He then moved to an international human resources consulting group to develop the creation of the subsidiary dedicated to interim management.
He joins the group in July 2021 to develop the Interim Management activity through the Grant Alexander -Executive Interim brand.

Graduated from a master’s degree in Business and Employment Law, a Master in HR from Paris II Assas (CIFFOP) and certified Coach at HEC, Laurent began his career in human resources within an insurance leader , then as a consultant within a direct approach recruitment firm. He then worked for twenty years in various HR functions within world leading groups in the pharmaceutical, medical and diagnostic equipment industry, with responsibilities in particular as Director of Talent Management and Director of Human Resources in France, in the United States and at European level.
In 2009, he joined a leading group in defense and security, ground transportation, identity and digital security. He progressed there successively as Director of Professional Development and HR, then as VP of Group Training and Corporate University, and finally as VPRH for a business of 16,000 employees worldwide.
He joined the Grant Alexander group in 2021 as Associate Director and took over the management of the Life Sciences sector practice which is part of Grant Alexander’s global offer and will operate in its various businesses: Executive Search, Executive Interim, Leadership Development and HR and Organization Transformation.

Karine Chommeloux holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a post-graduate diploma in Labor Law and Human Resources from the University of Paris Nanterre. She began her professional career as HR Manager at the head office of a FIAT Group entity.
She then worked for a dozen years with global industrial and commercial companies that were leaders in their markets, enabling her to gain a good understanding of the matrix and operational relations of large groups.
As a member of the Executive Committee, she was mainly involved in reorganizations and M&A and managed several countries in the HR practice.
She then moved on to various environments such as IT and HR software, notably as an interim manager on high value-added assignments.
It is naturally that she decided to join the Grant Alexander Group in 2022 in order to contribute to the development of the Interim Management activity.

A graduated of IPC Colmar, Christine Piroux joined Grant Alexander in December 2017 as the Office Manager after gaining over 20 years’ experience in Executive Search and HR companies.
Facility Manager
Graduated with a Master’s degree in international commercial negotiation, Anne Jeannerod began her career in the publishing industry where she held various commercial positions before deciding to devote herself to her family of four children for a few years. In 2020, she decided to return to the corporate world and joined Grant Alexander to take good care of this “new large family” as Facility Manager.

Graduated from the Grande Ecole program at INSEEC Paris and holder of an MBA “Luxury Brand Marketing and International Management” from Sup de Luxe (EDC Paris) and a Master 1 LEA “International Affairs” from Aix-Marseille University, Emmanuelle Farand has more than 20 years of experience in the creation and development of brands in France and internationally, mainly acquired in the Banking-Finance and HR Consulting sectors.
She spent the first part of her career in asset management, notably with an American company, creating and setting up the brand in France before taking charge of marketing and communication for continental Europe. In 2012, she decided to focus on people business and joined a pure-player in interim management to develop the function, strengthen the company’s reputation and support its strong growth.
She joined Grant Alexander in 2020 to consolidate the group’s premium brand image, enhance its global approach and support its development strategy in France and internationally.

She started her professional life in an executive search firm where she worked on direct approach missions, particularly in the luxury world. She then handled sourcing for a manager and specialist recruitment firm before joining Grant Alexander’s research department in 2015.

After graduating with a Master’s in Advanced Study on Management Sciences, specializing in Human Resources, Sophie Germain served in a company as a HR Development Manager for 13 years. She has worked in several sectors of activity (connectics, automobile and healthcare industries) and thus acquired experience of a wide range of environments and HR issues. While working at Areva, Covidien and Nissan, Sophie developed her skills in recruitment, training and talent management in numerous innovative and ever-changing environments.
In 2010, she decided to concentrate on consultancy and has thrived in this area ever since. With her expertise in the approach and analysis of candidates in sales and marketing positions and support roles, she has always worked on middle and top management positions.
Sophie Germain joined Grant Alexander in 2017. She first developed Executive Search for the health sector within the company, then chose to join Grant Alexander Executive Interim as a Talent Assessment Manager. She brings to Transition Management her plural vision of the HR profession, on both the employer and recruitment agency sides, as well as her skills in Assessment. Marianne Villemagne holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and is a graduate of ICN Business School in Nancy. She joined Grant Alexander – Executive Search in 2018 to work for large groups and SMEs, particularly in the industrial, engineering, distribution, logistics and service sectors. Aurélie Piquet holds a Master’s degree in Technology Transfer and European Project Financing from the ISTIA in Angers and began her professional activity as an HRIS project manager in Industry in Paris. Anne-Claire Ohara holds a Master 1 AES from the University Panthéon-Assas and a Master 2 in Human Resources Development from the Institut Catholique de Paris. She joined an Executive Search firm as a research officer before joining a payroll management company where she assists entrepreneurial managers in their consulting activities. She then took charge of the recruitment and management of a network of consultants and interim managers working with SMEs on behalf of a public investment bank. Julie Barale graduated from the Institute of Political Studies of Aix-en-Provence with a Master 1 in International Business, a Master 2 in Environment and a last Master in Human Resources Management. She started her career at Grupo Planeta, a large Spanish communication group, and worked on recruitment for the head office in Barcelona and Madrid, particularly in the publishing world. She then became a recruiter for the NGO Action contre la Faim in Spain where she carried out recruitment missions for the head office as well as for humanitarian missions. She joins Grant Alexander in September 2019 as a research officer.
